How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
We take pride in our shipping speed. 99% of all orders are shipped out within 0-3 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.
Domestic Shipping: 1-5 Business Days
International Shipping: 2-15 Business Days
Do International orders have to pay custom fees?
Yes. We have no control over custom fees, and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Is your ordering system secure?
Absolutely, our ordering system is highly secure. We utilize advanced, multi-layered security software designed specifically to safeguard your privacy. This includes encryption protocols and secure payment gateways to ensure that your personal information is protected at all times. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders received and paid, between 12AM to 2PM will ship out the same day, 2PM to 11:59PM will ship out the next business day. Orders Received on Friday after 2PM and before Sunday at 11:59PM will ship out on the following Monday. Please note special holiday shipping times will be posted separately. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic May take between 2-5 business days, and international orders may take 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays)
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from psychotuna.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.
Psycho tuna does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our valued customers, Psycho tuna reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Psycho tuna reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Psycho tuna reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
FedEx 2Day Express
Orders placed by 12:00PM EST M-F will be shipped that day and delivered on the second business day. Any orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day and received on the second business day. Delivery is Monday through Friday. Orders that have special items require 2 additional business days for processing.
*FedEx 2Day Express is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO/APO addresses, US territories, or International shipments. For shipments to US territories the equivalent service is FedEx International Economy.

Kindly send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the purchase date with a completed return slip.
Don’t forget to specify the order number/s on the return slip so we can ensure your potential store credit is given accurately without any delays. We’ll then take care of the rest!

Helpful Hint: For hassle-free returns by mail, we recommend using USPS flat rate shipping. Please note that you’ll need to cover the shipping costs and charges must be prepaid. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Psycho Tuna will not issue your store credit for returns.
No Exchanges, Only E-Gift Cards
To ensure you get the style and size you want, we don’t offer exchanges by mail. Instead, we’ll give you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we receive your return and has passed our quality check. You can then use it to get the right item or something else you love! E-Gift Cards never expire!
No in-person drop-offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, Psycho Tuna does not provide return shipping labels. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply for orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
Quality Check for Returns
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Psycho Tuna tags attached.-
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets our return requirements. If it passes our quality check, you’ll receive an e-gift card. If the item doesn’t meet our return requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund or store credit.

If your return is rejected, we’ll send it back to your original address and deduct the return shipping fee (currently under $8.00) from any store credit. We reserve the right to adjust the fee if necessary.

In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item instead of sending it back to you (depending on the cost of damage and/or if resulting into non-sellable merchandise).

If you received a damaged/defective item, please contact ecom@psychotuna.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our Customer Protection Team is dedicated to ensuring a fair and safe shopping experience. If we notice any unusual return activity, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to find a resolution. In some cases, we may need to refuse service going forward to protect our community.
Damaged Items Upon Initial Receipt
We are committed to providing our customers with quality products. However, if you receive an item that is defective in any way, including but not limited to stains, tears, rips, or any other damage related to the clothing, we ask that you report it to us within 3 days of receipt. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our service and products.
If you need to report a defect upon receipt of your item, we kindly request that you send an email to ecom@psychotuna.com with clear images of the item defects. This will allow us to verify the issue promptly.
Once the defect is confirmed, we can process a resolution for you. We offer two options: we can either issue a store credit via an e-gift card, or we can provide a refund in the amount of the dollar value of the item(s) in question.
To ensure your package arrives safely, we strongly recommend including a tracking number.
Store Credit via E-Gift Card
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our distribution center, we’ll process your store credit via E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days once eligible. Your E-gift card will cover the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Please note that Psycho Tuna does not credit original shipping charges. If a discount code (%) was applied to an order that qualifies for store credit, the amount will also be reduced by the same percentage.
Stale Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns received after 30 days are considered stale and may be rejected. If the cost of returning an item exceeds its current value, we will apply a 50% restocking fee when processing the item(s) in our distribution center. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
